Cubicle, where a relocatable power tap was used to supply power to appliances including, the Honeywell floor heater. 4. Cubicle, where a relocatable power tap was used to supply power to appliances, including the Lakewood fan. The Federal Aviation Administration North West Mountain Region was previously cited for a violation of this standard which was contained in OSHA inspection no. 309091635, citation no. 2, item no. 2, issued on May 15, 2007 with respect to a workplace at Renton, WA.
