29 CFR 1910.302(b)(2): Listed or labeled equipment was not installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling: a) Engineering Services, where electrical equipment not used as listed or labeled included: 1. Cubicle 108, where an APC surge protector relocatable power tap was daisy chained with a Herman Miller relocatable power tap and used to supply power to the Honeywell fan and computer equipment. 2. Cubicle 3, where an APC surge protector relocatable power tap was used to supply power to the Holmes Blizzard fan and computer equipment. 3. Cubicle 35, where an APC surge protector relocatable power tap was daisy chained with a Belkin relocatable power tap and used to supply power to the Lakewood fan and computer equipment. 4. Cubicle 34, where a Herman Miller relocatable power tap was used to supply power to the Mr. Coffee maker and the fax machines. 5. Cubicle 34, where an APC surge protector relocatable power tap was daisy chained with a Computer Accessories relocatable power tap and used to supply power to computer equipment. 6. Cubicle 66, where an APC surge protector relocatable power tap was daisy chained with a Herman Miller relocatable power tap and used to supply power to computer equipment. 7. Cubicle 246, where an APC surge protector relocatable power tap was used to supply power to the yellow fan. 8. Cubicle 221, where a SL Warren relocatable power tap was daisy chained with a Stanley relocatable power tap and used to supply power to the Crosley fan. 9. Cubicle 212, where a Herman Miller relocatable power tap was used to supply power to the Lasko fan.
