Cubicle, where an APC surge protector relocatable power tap was used to supply power to the cup heater and the California Accessories relocatable power tap was used to supply power to the Sallon hot plate. 2. Cubicle, where an APC surge protector relocatable power tap was daisy chained with a relocatable power tap and used to supply power to computer equipment. The Federal Aviation Administration North West Mountain Region was previously cited for a violation of this standard which was contained in OSHA inspection no. 309091635, citation no. 2, item no. 2, issued on May 15, 2007 with respect to a workplace at Renton, WA.
