29 CFR 1926.451(g)(2): The employer did not provide fall protection for employees erecting or dismantling supported scaffolds: (a) Quality Stucco West, Inc., @ 2569 Hwy 6 & 50, Grand Junction, CO 81505: On 9/21/11, the employer did not provide fall protection for employees while erecting a fabricated frame scaffold. Each frame was approximately 6ft 8inches in height. The system was 7 rows high as observed on the south east corner of the building. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 46ft.
