(a)  In the J5 conference room area, a relocatable power tap was used to plug in a refrigerator and a toaster oven.    (b)  In the recruiting retention supply room, a relocatble power tap was plugged into an extension cord.

29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(x):   Flexible cords and cables shall be protected from accidental damage, as might be caused, for example, by sharp corners, projections, and doorways or other pinch points.    (a)  In the G1 office, a flexible extension cord was not protected from accidental damage when run through the door way.
