29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided. (a) Compas Remodeling & Construction, LLC @ 2478 Wolf Creek Drive, Brighton, CO 80601: On and before September 24th, 2011, the exposing employer did not ensure that fall protection systems were utilized by employees engaged in roofing activities while working at the unprotected edges of a roof on a single-family home. Employees were not utilizing a fall protection system. Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10'. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
