29 CFR 1910.178(q)(1): Any power-operated industrial truck not in safe operating condition was not taken out of service, and/or repairs were not made by authorized personnel:    Warehouse - On or about September 26, 2011, a Yale electric-motorized pallet jack (SN A802N07290X) was not removed from service and repaired for a damaged charging cable. The cable was partially wrapped with electrical tape to conceal the damage.      The Defense Commissary Agency was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.178(q)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 101985 (NCR 315092668), citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on March 30, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 1500 13th Street, Bld 1264, Imperial Beach, CA 91932.
