1926 Sub29 CFR 1926.501(b) (13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system: (a) Castillo Roofing, Inc., @ 1541 South Patton Court., Denver, CO: On and before September 26, 2011, the employer did not ensure that fall protection systems were utilized by employees engaged in re-roofing activities while working from a 4-in-12 pitch roof on a residential home. This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard of approximately 11 feet.
