29 CFR 1926.405(b)(2): In energized installations, each outlet box did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy:    a) In the garage and utility areas; On or about 9/15/11 and at times prior thereto, as the creating employer, three 120 volt/15 amp GFI receptacles were installed and energized to provide temporary power.  Covers were not provided for the receptacles and the employees of other subcontractors were exposed to energized parts when connecting/disconnecting cords.    Note: Abatement certification is NOT required for this item.
