Note: Abatement certification IS required for this item

29 CFR 1910.266(d)(9)(i): Flammable and combustible liquids shall be stored, handled, transported, and used in accordance with the requirements of subpart H of Part 1910. (a) On Site: On 09/27/11 and at times prior thereto, employees were observed using old plastic one gallon bleach jugs and used motor oil containers to re-fuel their chain saws. Containers had no venting or labeling. Note: Abatement certification IS required for this item.
