29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety nets systems, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: (a) Heritage Construction LLC at 4193 Rocky Ford Dr., Loveland, CO 80537: On 9/26/11, the employer did not ensure that fall protection systems were utilized by employees engaged in re-roofing activities while working at the unprotected edges of a roof on a single family residence. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 14 feet.
