29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operators and other employees from hazards created by rotating parts. Building # 2 - On or about October 12, the unused portion of the blade on the AEW vertical band saw was not guarded, thereby exposing employees to the hazard (points of operation) associated with unguarded blades.
