29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. Employees on the scaffold were exposed to fall hazards while performing plastering activities without fall protection in place. Guardrails were not in place at the end of the working platform and the mid-rail was not in place at the back of the scaffold.
