29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet(1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) AA Colorado Construction LLC 202 Cleopatra St., Fort Collins, CO 80525: On or before September 24, 2011, the employer did not ensure that employees were using fall protection when shingling this two story residence with a 7 in 12 pitch. Condition exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet. Abatement note: Abatement certification is required for this item (See enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
