29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: (a) In the Welding Shop the power cord for drill press was deamaged in that the outer insulation sleve had pulled loose from the plug allowing stress to be transmitted to the terminal screws should the cord be pulled.
