29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: a) Nevarez, Candelario at 627 Stonington Lane, Fort Collins, CO 80525: On or before September 24, 2011, the employer did not ensure that employees wore safety glasses when using or working in the vicinity of pneumatic nail guns. Condition exposed employees to the hazard of projectiles to the eyes. Abatement note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed, "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").

Condition exposed employees to fall hazards of up to 12 feet 8 inches. Abatement note: Abatement certification is required for this item (See enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
