29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(i):     The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the identity of the hazardous chemical(s) contained therein:    (a) On or about October 5, 2011, a spray bottle containing MS Thinner was not labeled, tagged or marked with the identity of the chemical.      Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1):     Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:    (a) On or about October 5, 2011, employees use MS Thinner and printing inks.  The employees were not trained on the health and physical hazards of these material.      Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
