29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1):     The employer did not provide employees with effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment, and whenever a new physical or health hazard the employees had not previously been trained about was introduced into their work area.    On or about June 7, 2012, the squeegee cleaner was working with a product, Crystal Clean 106 Mineral Spirits, which contained hazardous chemicals.  The employee did not receive information and training on the hazardous chemical at the time of his initial assignment.    The employer, Guerilla Graffix, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 107424, Citiation number 1, Item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on March 14, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 1902 Broadway Street, Rockford, Illinois  61104.
