29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii): The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace: (a) Western Oilfields Supply Co Dba Rain for Rent at 100 Oil Court in Rifle, CO 81650: On and before 10/6/11, the employer did not evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace. Employees spray waste water that may contain hazardous chemicals that were used by the oil and gas industry. The hazardous chemicals may include, but are not limited to: bases, acids, hydrocarbons, benzene, diesel, and gasoline. This condition exposes employees to a chemical hazard. Abatement note: This evaluation shall include a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazard(s) and an identification of the contaminant's chemical state and physical form. Where the employer cannot identify or reasonably estimate the employee exposure, the employer shall consider the atmosphere to be IDLH.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain copies of the required material safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical in the workplace: (a) Western Oilfields Supply Co Dba Rain for Rent at 100 Oil Court in Rifle, CO 81650: On and before 10/6/11, the employer did not maintain the required material safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical in the workplace. Employees clean equipment such as, but not limited to: spill guards, pipes, and clamps that contain hazardous chemicals. The hazardous chemicals may include, but are not limited to: bases, acids, hydrocarbons, benzene, diesel, and gasoline. This condition exposes employees to a chemical hazard.
