29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph (b): a) On or about October 6, 2011 and prior to that time located along various areas of the residential structure employee(s) framed adjacent to an unprotected floor hole and performed joist and/or band board framing from unprotected perimeter exterior and interior stud wall top plates without conventional fall protection or alternative fall protection systems or methods and were exposed to fall potentials in excess of 17'.
