29 CFR 1910.37(b)(4):   When the direction of travel to the exit or exit discharge was not immediately apparent, signs were not posted along the exit access indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit and exit discharge. Additionally, the line-of-sight to an exit sign was not clearly visible at all times.  a)  The designated exit route indicating the direction of travel to the nearest designated exit was not immediately apparent for employees exiting from a hallway and office area accessible only through the Automotive Shop.  No line-of-sight to the exit sign above the door was possible.  The shop are also contained numerous doors leading outside and the designated exit was not apparent.
