29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system: (a) D&C Exterior's at 3324 Bayfield Dr, Loveland, CO 80538: On and before October 1, 2011, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that three employees installing shingles onto a 6-in-12 pitch roof on a two-story residential home were not utilizing a fall protection system. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet.
