In the Resin Room, employee pumps ammonium hydroxide into a miixing tank and his body is not protected in the event a hose breaks and sprays the corrosive liquid into the room.

National Industrial Coatings, Itasca, IL:  Employees in batch making were provided latex gloves as protection for all  chemicals without evaluating the effectiveness of the protection offered.  Chemicals include but are not limited to ethanol, dipropylene glycol methyl ether, styrene acrylic polymers, and ammonium hydroxide.
