29 CFR 1910.124(b)(4)(ii): Mechanical ventilation did not conform to NFPA 34-1995, Standard for Dip Tanks Containing Flammable or Combustible Liquids: (a) The employer was utilizing a Penn Berry D-12 ventilation system to ventilate the Super 16 Paint Gun Cleaner. The ventilation system was incompliance with National Fire Protection Association 96, which does not have the safe guard requirements of National Fire Protection 34.
