29 CFR 1926.404(b)(1)(ii): On a construction site, where an assured equipment grounding program was not utilized, all 120 volt, singlep hase, 15 and 20 ampere receptacle outlets which were not a part of the permanent wiring of the building or structure and which were used by employees did not have approved groundfault circuit interrupters for personnel protection: a) At the temporary electrical panel, the electric outlet was equipped with an inoperable ground fault circuit interrupter. It was used by employees to energize the portable outlet junction box that powered skil saws exposing employees to the hazard of electric shock. Abatement certification is NOT required for this item

29 CFR 1926.404(f)(7)(iv)(C): Exposed noncurrent-carrying metal parts of cord- and plug-connected equipment which could become energized were not grounded when the equipment was one of the types listed in 29 CFR 1926.404(f)(7)(iv)(C) (1) through (5): a) At the residential construction site, the ground pin was missing on the electrical cord for the skil saw.
