29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The written hazard communication program did not include a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using an identity that was referenced on the appropriate material safety data sheet: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) a) Hazard Communication Program - On or about 9/15/11, it was noted that the employer did include a list of chemicals currently used on site as part of their written program. Employers use chemical products such as epoxy, silicon, and admixtures, and fuel for the service trucks.
