29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:    a) The Motch circular cutting sawing machine's, Serial No. 00-7144, blade was not guarded to prevent employee exposure to the rotating cutting hazard.     b) The Motch circular cutting sawing machine's, Serial No. 00-30055, blade was not guarded to prevent employee exposure to the rotating cutting hazard.     c) The un-used portion of the WF Wells horizontal band saw's, Model No. W91, blade was not guarded to prevent employee exposure to a rotating cutting hazard.     d) The un-used portion of the Roll-in All purpose vertical band saw's, Machine No. 1083, blade was not guarded to prevent employee exposure to a rotating cutting hazard.
