29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer's accident prevention program did not provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. Workers were observed engaged in residential type of construction activities renovating an existing two-story house. Workers were exposed to potential fall hazards from a distance of 13.0 feet and regular and frequent inspections by a competent person were not conducted to ensure that the job site, materials, and equipment such as fall protecion systems and electrical service were maintained and utilized in a safe manner.
