29 CFR 1910.1001(j)(4)(i):     When a building owner or employer identifies previously installed ACM and/or PACM, labels or signs were not affixed or posted so that employees were notified of what materials contain ACM and/or PACM:      a)  Hangar 32;  Interior gray and blue transite wall panels contained asbestos and were not labeled.    b)  Hangar 32;  North lean 2, 2nd floor, west side unoccupied room;  black 9x9 floor tiles contained asbestos and were not labeled.     c) Hangar 32;  Room 122,  black 9x9 floor tiles contained asbestos and were not labeled.      d) Hangar 33;  Interior gray and white transite wall panels contained asbestos and were not labeled.      e) Hangar 33;  Room 126, sealed 9X9 floor tiles contained asbestos and were not labeled.     f)  Hangar 33;  Room 110, red 9X9 floor tiles contained asbestos and were not labeled.     g)  Hangar 33;  Room 108, white and green 9X9 floor tiles contained asbestos and were not labeled.     h)  Hangar 33;  Room 102, black 9X9 floor tiles contained asbestos and were not labeled.      The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration was previously cited for a violation of this standard which was contained in OSHA inspection no. 309097368 citation 1, item 1a, issued on April 27, 2010 with respect to a workplace at Seattle, WA.
