29 CFR 1910.134(g)(1)(i)(A): the employer did not ensure where tight-fitting respirators were worn that facial hair did not interfere with the sealing surface of the face piece and the face: a. On or about October 19, 2011, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee required to conduct torch cutting operations with a tight-fitting respirator was allowed to have facial hair. The employee was thereby exposed to the hazards associated with lead exposure.
