Dba Industrial Battery Service, Inc. at 6856 York St., Denver, CO: On and before 10/21/11, the employer did not conduct air monitoring during the lead burning operation to determine if employees were exposed to lead in excess of the action level of 30 �g/m3. This condition exposed the employees to potential health problems associated with lead inhalation. (b) Antikainen Inc. Dba Industrial Battery Service, Inc. at 6856 York St., Denver, CO: On and before 10/21/11, the employer did not conduct air monitoring during the lead smelting operation to determine if employees were exposed to lead in excess of the action level of 30 �g/m3. This condition exposed the employees to potential health problems associated with lead inhalation.
