29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet(1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure: (a) Domingo Zetina Roofing @ 525 Holbrook Street., Erie, CO 80221: On or before August 30, 2011, the exposing employer did not ensure that each employee was provided fall protection while working on the unprotected low-slope roof performing re-roofing operations on the house. This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard up to 11 feet eave to ground.
