29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):     Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph (b)  Note:  If using these systems was infeasible or created a greater hazard, the employer should develop and implement a fall protection plan meeting the requirements of paragraph (k) of 1926.502:      a)  On 09-20-11, employees who were on the upper level of a house roof were working on a 6:12 pitch with an eave edge greater than eighteen (18) feet above compacted surface without utilizing fall protection equipment.    b)  On 09-20-11, an employee who was working on the lower level of a house roof was working on a 6:12 pitch with an eave edge greater than eight and one half (8.5) feet above compacted surface.    c)  On 09-20-11, employees were walking/working on a 6:12 pitch garage roof with an eave edge greater than nine (9) feet above concrete surface without utilizing fall protection equipment.      No Abatement Certification or Abatement Documentation required
