29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt shall be worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. a. On or about August 3, 2011, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee moving the Genie S-51 from one location to another was not wearing a body belt or full body harness. The employee was thereby exposed to the hazards associated with a fall of approximately twenty-five (25') feet.
