The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated.) a) Employee was observed working within the elevated platform of the JLG 600S articulating boom lift without wearing a full body harness with a lanyard. The worker was exposed to a fall greater than 20 feet to the ground below. **No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.**
