29 CFR 1910.176(a): Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair, with no obstructions across or in aisles that would create a hazard ABF Freight Systems The dock plate was pulling away from the concrete floor in the dock area creating an obstruction when operating the industrial lift trucks in the area. Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).

The lift truck did not have a marking that identified the capacity, operations, and maintenance instruction. Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
