29 CFR 1926.34(c):     "Maintenance and workmanship." Means of egress shall be continually maintained free of all obstructions or impediments to full instant use in the case of fire or other emergency.[58 FR 35083; June 30, 1993]      1)     On the 9th floor, where boilers were being replaced, the employer did not ensure that the SE side exit door not be blocked with equipment and materials.

29 CFR 1926.350(a)(10):     Oxygen cylinders in storage shall be separated from fuel-gas cylinders or combustible materials(especially oil or grease), a minimum distance of 20 feet (6.1 m) or by a noncombustible barrier at least 5 feet (1.5 m) high having a fire-resistancerating of at least one-half hour.      1)     At the workplace on the 9th floor, mechanical room area, where employees were removing and installing new boiler systems, the employer did not ensure that oxygen and acetylene cylinders that were in storage, were separated at least 20 feet apart.
