29 CFR 1926.600(a)(3)(ii): Whenever the equipment is parked, the parking brake shall be set. Equipment parked on incline did not have the wheels chocked and the parking brake set. On or about October 31, 2011 a 99 International Flatbed truck was parked on an incline without the wheels being chocked.
