29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On 42nd ave in Chippewa Falls, WI; The employees were exposed to hazards while working from an unguarded roof without the use of acceptable fall protection. The slope of the roof was approximately 6 in 12 and the eave height was approximately 9 feet 6 inches above grade.
