Specifically, three employees were witnessed utilizing nail guns while leaning over the edge of the roof, while the other three employees performed other types of work such as laying down 3/4", 4' x 8' sheets of plywood to deck the roof.  Condition exposed employees to fall hazards of over 30 feet.                    (b)	SMA Framing, 2823 North Ave., Grand Junction, CO 81501:  On and before November 3, 2011, as the exposing employer, an employee was witnessed working on a second floor balcony without guard rails or other fall protective measures in place to provide fall protection.  Condition exposed employee to fall hazards of over 20 feet.
