This condition exposed the employee to a fall hazard of approximately 11 feet.    (b)C&E Framing LLC at 10425 E. 31st Ave., Denver, CO 80238:  On November 4, 2011 the employer did not ensure each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest system in that the employees engaged in decking operations were exposed to a fall hazard on the north end as they approached the ladder to exit the floor.  This condition exposed the employee to a fall hazard of approximately 11 feet.
