Bags, containers, bundles, etc., stored in tiers shall be stacked, blocked, interlocked and limited in height so that they are stable and secure against sliding or collapse. a) On or about September 20, 2011 parts bins were not secured or otherwise stacked and located such that the forks on the lifts could be fully engaged without knocking over or displacing adjacent parts bins.
