29 CFR 1910.23(e)(3)(v)(b): A strength to withstand at least the minimum requirement of 200 pounds top railpressure; Storage Area: On or about November 3, and times prior thereto, the gate for the overhead storage area was being held on by one hinge. This exposed employees to a 12 foot fall hazard to the concreate floor.
