29 CFR 1910.269: Tree trimmers shall maintain the minimum approach distances from energized conductors given in table R-6, R-8 and Table R-10. On October 31, 2011, during tree trimming operations, the boom of the aerial truck operated by an employee struck a low voltage energized line.
