29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On or about October 25, 2011, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 11 feet while sheathing a residential roof due to not using fall protection. (b) On or about October 25, 2011, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 11 feet while setting trusses on a residential roof without using fall protection. Element Builders, Inc. was cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 314314154, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1, issued on September 13, 2010, and became a final order on October 7, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 3020 South Reserve Street, Missoula, MT 59801.
