29 CFR 1926.501(b)(3): Each employee in a hoist area was not protected from falling 6 feet (1.8m) or more to lower levels by guardrail systems or personal fall arrest systems:    (a) 229 Main Street, Keene, NH - On or about 11/09/11, an emplyee was exposed to a fall hazard of up to 28' due to no fall protection in the hoisting area of the fourth floor.    (b) 229 Main Street, Keene, NH - On or about 11/14/11, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of up 40 feet while in the roof hoisting area without fall protection.
