29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: Worker was engaged in commercial construction activities removing a wooden platform on a steep sloped roof area. Worker was exposed to a potential fall hazard from a height of 14.4 feet in that a method of conventional fall protecion was not utilized.

Employees were working from a JLG G6-42A, 4x8 foot platform exposed to potential fall hazards from a height of 14.4 feet in that the safety platform was not secure to the carrigae or mast and a method of conventional fall protection was not utilized.
