29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: a) On or about September 12, 2011, the exposing employer, G & R Roofing, Inc., did not ensure employees were protected from fall hazards in excess of 6 feet while engaged in residential roofing activities on a 4/12 pitched roof. G & R ROOFING, INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) OR ITS EQUIVALENT WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION 313714727, CITATION 2, ITEM 1, ISSUED JANUARY 13, 2010, WITH RESPECT TO THE WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 16692 W. 55th PLACE, GOLDEN, COLORADO 80401. THE CITATION BECAME FINAL ON APRIL 5, 2010. THE FINAL ABATEMENT DATE FOR THIS CITATION WAS JANUARY 26, 2010.
