29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employees ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace:  (This Standard is applicable to ship repair operations by 29 CFR 1915.154 that incorporates the General Industry requirement.      Pacific Diversified Finishers, boat yard: On or about 14 NOV 11, workers were allowed to use half mask respirators for handling paints, solvents, epoxy, and other coating products but they were not given a respirator medical evaluation to determine their fitness to wear a respirator.

The last fit tests were completed on 02/25/2009.
