29 CFR 1926.600(a)(6)(i):  The employer did not ensure any part of the crane or load maintained a clearance of 10 feet from lines rated 50 kV or below when working or being moved in the vicinity of power lines or energized transmitters, except where electrical distribution and transmission lines have been deenergized and visibly grounded at point of work or where insulating barriers, not a part of or an attachment to the equipment or machinery, have been erected to prevent physical contact with the lines:    (a)Pioneer Group at 2100 S. Holly St., Denver, CO 80222:  on November 17, 2011 the controlling employer did not ensure the high power transmission lines energized to 7,620 volts and hanging approximately 6.5 feet from the top of the east wall were deenergized, visibly grounded at point of work or were fitted with an insulating barrier.  This condition exposed the employees to high voltage electrical hazards while installing steel joists on the walls with the embed plates on the east and west walls.
